VA
To our valued clients,
As we continue to learn the safest practices to use when dealing with the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to share with our clients and community the actions and changes our practice is executing during this time.
- Sanitizing benches, desks, phones, keyboards, doorknobs and handles and other frequently used surfaces every hour.
- Staff is enforcing proper hand washing or sanitizing at least every 30 minutes.
-For the immediate future we are no longer accepting new clients. We feel this is necessary to serve our current clientele to the level that meets our standards and to better manage our business flow during these difficult times.
-Changing the way we are seeing our patients for care. We are implementing curbside check -in, for more information click the link below for our full protocol. We have also implemented a new phone system to better serve you. Please follow the prompts for faster service. PLEASE be patient with us and allow extra time for visits.
-Our phones will be turning off from 12-1:30 pm daily in order to keep our staff mentally healthy, clean and ready to serve you. If your pet is having a TRUE medical emergency you can knock on our door to have your pet triaged during this time. (Emergency exam fees do apply to this service.)
-Providing a limited and safe vaccine clinic every Saturday from 12-1pm. Please visit our HOME page for policies and guidelines.
-Mailing prescriptions for $1.99 OR free if over $99 to help limit contact with our facility. This also enables our clients to maintain good pet health.
At this time we want to thank you for your patience. If you are ill or not feeling well please venture on the side of caution and limit your contact with our facility. We are happy to do our best to answer medical questions or concerns via phone. Our main concern is the safety of our staff and community while also keeping your pets healthy during this time.
Stay safe and well!
